Doraemon: Super-Duper All-Asia Music Showcase! (ドラえもん： スーパ ヅーパ オールアジア ミュジック ショーケス！) is a series of special concerts organised by TV Asahi, and a number of companies affiliated with the series.
Concept[]
The Super-Duper All-Asia Music Showcase is similar in visual concept to the preceding Super Birthday Bash, and Hatsune Miku's concerts. Hologram projection technology is used to place the Doraemon characters (in their Stand By Me style) on the stage, whilst actual performers perform alongside the characters. Also following in the footsteps of the Super Birthday Bash, there are entertaining discussions and occasional arguments from the characters (and also supporting acts) in the spirit of the show.
Doraemon will also use gadgets in these shows. An example is the use of the Voice Candy, that will allow Nobita to sing "The Safety Dance" in the exact same voice as the original performers (Men Without Hats).
Unlike the Super Birthday Bash, the Super-Duper All-Asia Music Showcase is not simply a character concert; supporting acts include popular J-Pop and K-Pop groups and acts.
The concerts will also be broadcast live by a number of television networks across Asia, most of which are currently showing the Doraemon anime series.
